Tickets Conditions and Riders Requirement

• By purchasing a ticket and participating the ride, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:
• Ticket Validity: Each ticket is valid for a one (1) Skyflyers ride, on the specified date and time stated on the ticket only. 

ACCESSIBILITY

• Tickets are valid for a single Skyflyers ride (“ride”) only.
• Guests must book a timeslot in advance and may participate only during the reserved date and time.
• Riders must have a minimum height of 120 cm. Riders under 140 cm. must be accompanied by a responsible paying adult. 
• Riders with certain medical conditions, including those with back, neck, or heart problems, high blood pressure, asthma, panic disorder, person with a disability, children with special needs, and pregnant individuals, are prohibited.
• For safety reasons, underweight riders or those who can't be properly secured by the safety restraint will not be permitted to ride.  
• Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
• Terms and conditions as well as operating hours of Skyflyers are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Asset World Attraction and Retail Company Limited (“AARC”) shall be final.

RIDER QUALIFICATIONS

• Skyflyers is a high-altitude and high-speed attraction that carries inherent risks due to sudden movements, rapid elevation changes, wind-induced rotation, and other unpredictable hazards. The ride may reach heights of over 100 meters, with strong wind effects, and may cause intense physical sensations such as elevated heart rate, body pressure, or vertigo. Serious injuries may occur and could result in injury or death, including but not limited to dizziness, vertigo, motion sickness, fainting, muscle strain, cuts and bruises, falls, fractures, sprains, whiplash, abrasions, concussion, heart attack, heat exhaustion, or permanent disability. Therefore, this ride may not be suitable for all guests.

RIDER SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Minimum height 120 cm.
• Riders under 140 cm must be accompanied by a responsible paying adult.
• Riders with Heart or cardiovascular issues, neck, back, or spinal problems, high blood pressure, asthma or respiratory concerns, motion sickness, vertigo, panic disorder, pregnancy, or recent surgery, injury, or mobility limitation preventing proper restraint use are not permitted.
• Riders under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed.
• Riders who cannot be properly secured by the safety lock will not be allowed to ride.

GENERAL PARK RULES

• No mobile phones, cameras, hats, glasses or pets allowed on the ride.
• Loose items must be stored in lockers or with a non-rider.
• Empty all pockets before boarding.
• Follow staff instructions at all times.
• Failure to comply with the ride rules and regulations including staff instructions will result in denied entry or removal without refund.

SAFE PLACE POLICY

• No running, jumping, climbing, or rough behavior
• Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times
• No smoking, vaping, or open flames
• No scooters, skateboards, or bicycles inside
• AARC reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone posing a safety risk.

• Each ticket is valid for one (1) SkyFlyers ride on the specified date and time only.
• No Cancellation and Non-refundable
