Blue Sky Hotel

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel where from the first evening I wanted to pay with a card, but the payment was always refused. The guy at the reception told me they had line issues and advised me to withdraw cash to pay... We tried to pay the next day with the card using another card for the amount of 33,000 Lek, but it was always declined. So, in good faith, I decided to withdraw cash, paying a fee that he initially said he would reimburse... Anyway, I went to withdraw, and at the moment of payment, he asked for more than 35,000 Lek, which was more than the actual amount, justifying that in cash I would have to pay more, and without giving me the fee back. I got angry and said I wouldn't pay because I insisted on paying with a card, or I would call the police, and he, scared, do you know what he did? He let me pay with the card, and magically it worked!! There are two possibilities: either it was an order from the higher-ups at the hotel to use these tricks, or the guy wanted to pocket some money himself, which is disgusting. To help you understand who the guy is, he is the gay guy at the reception, BEWARE! Nothing against gay people, but just to help you understand who the person is that exhibited these behaviors.... I HAVE TRAVELED A LOT AND NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH A RIDICULOUS THING, BE CAREFUL!!!

Everything about our visit was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attentiveness. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed, ensuring our experience was smooth and enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish prepared to perfection and full of flavor.

Very good value for money! The room and bathroom were clean enough! They have nice comfortable memory foam bed. Also there is free parking just behind. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok and tasty but the coffee was a bit poor......
