El Biar

This hotel looks older than it really is since it opened in 2004. But there is a bit of let go on maintenance, on cleaning windows or on the breakfast room where the tables are not cleared. Biggest flaw, a very deficient wifi which is no longer so acceptable in 2025. On the other hand, spacious room, excellent bedding, efficient and quiet air conditioning. Very friendly staff with the desire to help. Beautiful meeting rooms, again not very modern but spacious and bright Decent breakfast without more. Restaurant for full board a little deserted but good cuisine and fast service. I left with a positive feeling but we should make a few efforts

Very bad experience, will never come or recommend this hotel ever to anyone. Staff not trained, bad service, very dirty toilets, no maintenance, no hot water, no kettle, no slippers, very very old style and furniture. I asked at the reception for an extra towel, and request had to be a full conversation as its not possible to offer an extra towel. Nonsense

Me and my team stayed in this hotel severals times the last one was in August 2019 the service is poor the rooms are so old and the buffet is no so good at all They really need to change all the way it is because the price is not so cheap so tha balance is not the middle I will not come back there for sure
