We had an extremely disappointing experience at Oasis Hotel. The conditions were completely unacceptable. There was no hot water or even cold water, no heating, and basic essentials like toilet paper and towels were not provided at all. The room was filthy, and to make matters worse, there were exposed live wires, which felt very unsafe.
We were unable to stay in such conditions and had no choice but to leave and book another place immediately. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place
