Sheraton Club Des Pins Resort

Very disappointed with my stay at the Sheraton Club des Pins. Before my arrival, I had asked to include the dining charges and I was confirmed an amount. Once there, I was told that they had made a mistake and I had to pay a supplement. Despite this, that same evening, while we were having dinner, we were asked to get up to pay again, due to a lack of communication between the teams. A very embarrassing situation. The front desk staff is unprofessional and lacks respect for the guests. The buffet is very disappointing and the hotel lacks exclusivity, with many outside people present. For an establishment of this caliber, the service is far from being up to par. It is by far the worst stay I have had in a hotel in Algeria.

My stay at the Sheraton Club des Pins was extremely disappointing, mainly due to the welcome. The front desk staff was unpleasant, unprofessional, and clearly poorly organized. Every request seemed to be a burden, with a total lack of the sense of service expected in an establishment of this caliber. The most concerning thing remains the attitude of the front desk supervisor. Instead of trying to solve problems or ease tensions, he was arrogant, condescending, and blatantly incompetent in managing customers. His behavior is unworthy of a manager and significantly damages the hotel's image. It is regrettable, because the establishment's facilities are pleasant, but such mediocre service at the front desk is enough to ruin the experience. For a hotel that claims to be five stars, the level of professionalism at the front desk is very far from the expected standards. I do not recommend this establishment until a real effort is made regarding the quality of the welcome and the team management.

I don't know what criteria this hotel uses to recruit its staff, but the level of incompetence I witnessed is simply unacceptable. From start to finish, my experience was extremely disappointing. Between the lack of professionalism, the management errors, and the lack of consideration for the customer, I will never set foot in this establishment again and I will not recommend it to anyone.
