To flee, no positive response to my email below to read imperatively before booking with this agency stone and holidays ​Madam, sir, ​I follow your email proposing a commercial gesture of 200 € in the form of a voucher. ​I would like to inform you that I consider this proposal to be totally unacceptable, if not ridiculous, in view of the seriousness of the damage suffered and the accumulation of constraints which have ruined my entire stay. ​The €200 offered does not cover anything, the lack of hygiene because of the lack of hot water for more than 48 hours, the waiting hours and change of apartment 3 times, stress, degradation of the service, blocking in the elevator with my vehicle more than an hour etc... Offering a simple voucher — which forces me to consume at home again — is an inappropriate process in the face of such a flawed customer experience. ​Consequently, I categorically reject this voucher and demand a remedy equal to the facts: ​A direct refund by bank transfer (the damage is financial and moral, the compensation must also be). An immediate upgrade, I demand the full refund of my stay, the sum of 1890€ minimum sum to compensate for the constraints suffered during my stay. It is not my intention to finance your business through future bookings to obtain compensation for an error that falls on you. ​I will give you 48 hours to review your position and confirm the transfer of this allowance. Failing that, I will not hesitate to bring this dispute to the public notice platforms and to the competent regulatory and mediation authorities.

Hotel describes itself as “luxury” according to some websites. Couldn’t be further from the truth. No hot water in the evening so after a long day sweating it out on the slopes a lukewarm at best shower/bath is waiting for you. The sauna is “being repaired” according to reception with no sign of those repairs completed anytime soon or any notice of such work underway. Thankfully the room is pleasant enough and a decent space to relax after a day’s skiing. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Breakfast is good if continental with a wide range of cooked eggs is your thing. Restaurant pizza is worth trying as well. In summary, decent hotel but definitely could do better.
