« Catastrophic experience. If I could have been reimbursed, I would have left this hotel the first night. The bedding is unworthy of such an establishment: total discomfort. The noise is permanent, impossible to sleep, even with protections. The service is non-existent and totally equal to the rest... that is, very insufficient. The icing on the cake: it is impossible to charge an electric vehicle, which is unacceptable today. Establishment to flee absolutely.”

Disappointing! We got to the Hotel and at that very moment they tell you that the car park is full and to find your own life!!! In the center of Andorra La Vella! Amazing! Absolutely incopetent receptionist. I do not solve one of our requests! The Warm air of the room does NOT work, taxi service (look for life!!!!), . I do NOT recommend and would not come back NOR gifted! By the way, Spring springs and sinks!!!! Absolutely amazing!

Lovely hotel in the centre on Andorra La Vella, just down the street from main shopping centre and landmarks I stayed for 3 nights on a half board basis Breakfast is eaten in the Mercure hotel that is in the same building via a lift Evening Buffet is in Novotel next door. My room was very spacious with air con , bed, desk, tv, fridge and ensuite bathroom. (No kettle) During the stay there is free access to the Mercure hotel gym, pool and roof terrace, which is lovely to lounge on a hot sunny day. They will provide a towel free of charge also. Staff are friendly and helpful. (One even walked with me to show me where to go👍) The room was very clean but a little old-fashioned. Food options are pretty standard with a small selection of various food but perfectly acceptable in the offering. The tea at breakfast is not good and for a British person this is a disaster 😄 I stayed in room 412, decent view of the mountains but can hear and smell the extractors from the kitchens below.
