Vacation ❘ Couple It has been my first time at this hotel and it will be the LAST. I must say that I have been traveling to Andorra several times every year for many years and I have never encountered such a bad hotel, in every aspect. From the moment of booking, everything has been a problem. We signed up for a series of excursions that they offer for free on their website, and later it turned out that one of them had a cost of 110 € per person. First mistake. Once there, they did not know how to tell us the time or the meeting point to go on the excursions. In fact, for the first one we went on, they told us a place to go and no one showed up there. After much investigating on my own, since they did not know anything, they had sent us to the wrong place. In short, the first day of vacation ruined by their lack of professionalism. After my complaints, they only knew how to apologize, but the damage was already done, and even then, they could not explain what had happened. I suffered an attempted scam because their computer systems suffered a security attack, which does not leave me feeling at all reassured. This is unacceptable to me. I am attaching images demonstrating what I am saying. I also want to express my dissatisfaction with the room. Old, very bad mattress, very hot since it does not have air conditioning. They are so stingy that they do not even leave you coffee for the mornings when you wake up. And that is despite the fact that we left a note for the housekeeper, but nothing. That has never happened to me in any hotel; I have always had coffee in the room. By the way, since it is very hot in the room, we had to leave the balcony door open and many insects get in, with the bad luck that something bit us while we were sleeping. FATAL. It does not deserve the 4 stars it has. Very poor value for money; thinking that I paid €950 for 5 nights seems like way too much for what I received. The buffet was terrible. Little variety and always exactly the same. Also, no air conditioning either. The SPA is old, half of the things don't work, and the water is very cold. The outdoor pool is overcrowded and you have to be just a few inches away from the other people who are there. Another issue is the bar. I had to make a reservation to have dinner and be able to watch the World Cup final, even though I had half-board paid for, because the waitresses told me that otherwise I wouldn't be able to sit and watch the event. Well, I had to leave at halftime because the heat was unbearable (It doesn't have air conditioning either). No entertainment at night. In short, I WILL NOT RETURN, my experience at this hotel has been one of the worst I have ever had. I do not recommend it; the quality-price ratio is not worth it. I will explain my review: The apartment is very poorly distributed for four people; it is a struggle to move around, the kitchen is lacking, and the refrigerator was frozen and did not cool. Blind single room, without a window. We were above the "portal" of the apartments. On the first night, a couple of families were shouting and sharing experiences until after 1 AM; trying to contact reception was impossible. On the second night, there was a club party or something like that; a lot of people came and took all the parking spaces, which are paid for non-residents, so we almost had to park on the street despite having the parking pass included. I mean, if people from outside come to the facilities, you may not be able to park, and the location of the hotel does not allow you to go anywhere else; well... there is parking 2 km away. On the third night, there was a party of children and drunk parents again on the exterior stairs of the portal, just 3 meters from our window. Once again, reception does not exist. For the money it costs, I would look for another place. By the way, you have to drive even to buy bread; there is no supermarket nearby or anything. You have to consume from their restaurant, and at what price.

We took a getaway with my friends and I believe we could not have chosen better; we had a great time. The resort lacks no detail, excellent staff, great spa, state-of-the-art gym, and a fantastic pool. We ate wonderfully, and if I have to say something negative, it would be the pillows. We will definitely repeat.
