We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and we would definitely recommend it. We especially want to highlight the kindness and attention of Jonatan at the reception, who was charming with us and took the time to get us a fan for the room, something we greatly appreciated. We also want to emphasize the kindness of all the staff in general, and especially that of the restaurant team, who were always attentive, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable at all times. The restaurant pleasantly surprised us: the daily menu is very rich, varied, and of very good quality. Additionally, the views from the hotel are spectacular and make the experience even more special. And the pool, simply a luxury, especially on the hot days we have experienced. We went to Andorra escaping the heat wave, and being able to enjoy that pool in that setting has been a true success. In summary, an excellent experience due to the service received, the comfort, the good food, and the surroundings. We would return without hesitation!

Very good experience, my teenage son and I went to spend a week in July 2026. The experience and value for money were very good. The breakfasts had variety and quantity, the menus (we were on half board) were good. My complaint, and I say this with affection as we left very happy, is the menus and especially the first courses. There are days when almost everything that is a first course is vegetable-based (and I am not saying that is not nutritionally optimal... but you have to take into account the variety of the group being served...) and this falls a bit short of covering the entire spectrum of people who come to go hiking or skiing in the Andorran mountains and who expect less vegetable-based options. In short, I would improve, or vary more, the offers for first courses. In short, I would recommend it, for the quality of service, value for money, and the atmosphere.

The hotel is clean, very old but generally not bad. If you are going to rest it is not the place, you hear a lot of noise both from the hallway and the adjacent rooms, from 7:00 until 23:00. We agreed with a school and even though the kids were quite polite and the monitors also the hall smelled sweat and unbearable noise. The rooms are spacious but the heat and humidity are noticeable. Breakfast is not bad and dinners are menu and pretty good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We won’t repeat but if your budget is tight, it’s not bad.
