Great, I was disappointed with the price because it listed one price and then it was another higher than what was stated; it was not a great experience after the years I have been coming here.

The overall stay was good, although there were some glitches due to lack of customer service. As an exception, it is worth noting employee Katarina, who has been attentive, friendly, very resolute and super helpful throughout. Their treatment was indispensable and excellent, and made a difference so that we could enjoy our experience. Also, the views were amazing, which made the stay even better.
