GRAU ROIG HOTEL BOUTIQUE

My wife and I spent 5 days in this amazing hotel. It was simply heaven. The staff are so friendly and helpful and warm. They are multilingual so we had no problem communicating. The setting is a magical valley that is very peaceful and serene. The hotel’s design is so gorgeous and every detail is thought through with impeccable taste. The food is amazing and so reasonably priced given its gastronomic pedigree. We had a wonderful spa day with a couples message and were so impressed with the wine flight tasting menu! We have been to many high end hotels in Europe and the Grau Roig is at the top of our favorites!

I stayed for 5 days at Hotel Grau Roig in Andorra, and would like to leave my feedback as a guest. Overall, I really liked the experience. The hotel is beautiful, well organized and very clean. The cleanliness of the room deserves praise: efficient, organized staff, always leaving everything very well arranged. I have absolutely nothing to complain about at this point. Another extremely positive point were the toiletries available in the room. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and moisturizer of excellent quality, very fragrant, really above the average of what is found in hotels. The room itself is good, organized, clean, with good quality towels. The shower is great, strong, with good pressure and temperature. There was a small leak in the box, but something minimal, which doesn't compromise the experience. One point that left nothing to be desired was the room lighting. Even with all the lights on, the environment was still dark, and at some times we felt a lack of more efficient lighting. Breakfast is good, with variety and abundance. As for the service, we had mixed experiences: some employees were extremely polite, receptive and concerned, while others seemed to be working unwillingly, with little sympathy in the service. In my opinion, the main point of improvement of the hotel is in the night part. Being a hotel on the mountain, in a secluded location, I believe that there could be some appeal to arrest the guest at night. After the sun sets, we basically stayed at the hotel with no many options to do. I missed something like a more lively environment in the hall, maybe a DJ, ambient music, fireplace, outdoor fireplace, a more inviting space to have a drink or cocktail and interact. Something that would create a night experience and make the nights more enjoyable. The hotel has a spa, massages and gym, which is positive, but are small spaces and not all guests use other than not behave a lot of people at the same time. Overall, the Grau Roig is a very good hotel, comfortable, beautiful and with excellent standard of cleanliness. With some adjustments in the room lighting, the standard of service by the staff and especially with the creation of a more engaging night experience, I believe it could become an even more complete and striking hotel.

Visiting the Grau Roig restaurant has been an exceptional experience. From the beginning, the Service was impeccable: attentive, professional and very friendly. The Mood is warm and elegant, ideal for both a romantic dinner and a good meal after a day in the mountains. The food was simply spectacular. Each dish was carefully presented and full of flavor, with a perfect combination of traditional cuisine and modern touches. The products are top quality and you rating the pampering with which every detail is prepared.
