We went for a week to this hotel 15-22nd of march,Alba and her colleagues on the front desk very helpful and polite,staff working in the restaurant very hard working, The hotel is very nice with good atmosphere,there are little things in the rooms that needs updating,I’ve heard it’s getting refurbished this year hence not rating the hotel the stars it’s advertising The food was fantastic,hot and the variety,my kids were disappointed that there was no ice cream The main gondola is very close ,ski lockers down in the basements,they were not heated You could hear music and singing coming from the Irish bar which we experienced a little Would definitely recommend this hotel,staff were lovely,thankyou all
