Space is not as as described and far from the ski resort. You need a car to get around. It’s depressing to stay there. It’s dark with broken furniture and extremely uncomfortable bed. I spend about 30-60 days a year in the hotel or Airbnbs and this was the worst place. Will not stay there again and cannot recommend it. Spent about 200 euros a night to stay there during peak Holliday week but it wasn’t worth more than 50-60 euros at most. It was more like staying in a cheap motel.

My sister and I stayed here for 1 week in March (outside any half term). We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with some mountain views which was a good size for the two of us. I would not recommend this apartment size for more than 3 people. The bedroom had 2 twin beds and wardrobes. The living room had a sofabed, dining table and chairs for 4 people and very little storage. The apartments are close to the bus stops that will take you to/ from Pas de la Casa or down to Andorra la Vella. This is also where the Andorra transfer bus picks up and drops off from Barcelona Airport. Check in was easy enough although at the bottom of the hill. Getting our snowboard bags and luggage down from the bus stop was precarious! Thankfully our apartment block was not too far back up the hill :) The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped considering its size, plenty of plates, cups, glasses. Microwave, toaster, small kettle and filter coffee machine. The full sized washing machine and half width dishwasher was a treat as was a full sized oven! The shower size as some others have mentioned was a little on the small size, but that didn't bother us too much. The apartment had plenty of hot water and was very warm once the radiators were turned on! The free shuttle service to the Gondola was very helpful in the mornings and afternoon. It's not a long walk to the main shops and gondola area (15 min walk?) If you want to do après ski (Fat Alberts rib nights recommended!) then its a walk back to the apartments. We were not told if there were any ski locker or storage area in the apartment block available for us to use. We ended up renting a ski locker at the Gondola base which worked out better! The wifi here was a little up and down, but we didn't come here to spend all our time on the internet :) If this is a must for you then perhaps renting a portable mobile wifi device would be useful (given Andorra tends not be on any UK mobile free roaming list - you might as well!) If you are planning on cooking and did not drive to Soldeu, I would recommend the grocery store next to the Delbosc Coffee Shop, they have the best selection of protein/ meats and vegetables out of the 3 shops in town (the supermarkets in town are more like corner shops and don't stock a great deal of meats). You do get a little starter pack with a dishwasher tab, tea towel, washing liquid and a couple of loo rolls. Being quite savvy with self catering, we brought more dishwasher tabs and loo rolls :) Some spices for cooking and various kitchen bits and pieces (cling film/ kitchen foil) Overall a nice stay at a ski resort we'd never been to before. The snow was fantastic as was the ski area! The apartment was basic but comfortable. It would have been useful to have more hooks to hang up coats and other wet ski wear at the end of the day. Other than that no real gripes :)

Could be nice but spent £907 on a 1 bedroom apartment in half term - nice bathroom & kitchen, but only 2 small cups, 3 knives and tea spoons nothing to microwave in - no handle for grill or kettle. Horrid worn brown sofa bed and double bed had 2 cheap as u can buy matresses on that meant you rolled together all week. Had to make up the beds with left linen and expected to clean the place upon leaving - also no parking available despite 2 floors of empty underground parking and no offer of ski storage lockers. Would give a higher score if these things were improved on esp for the money - WiFi 4 euros per day extra - so to summarise over priced for little on offer - we had to sacrifice 1 of the 4 towels to be a bath may to stop slipping on the bathroom floor getting out the bath - luckily there were only 3 of us staying - also you have to pay for the ski bus in the resort despite paying a hefty ski pass price and soldeu 2 supermarket very expensive and like a corner shop. Would look elsewhere for skiing next year esp given the journey time from Barcelona airport - plus side apartment had own boiler so always hot water and a very small bath and good shower and central heating
