Somriu Hotel Oros

The hotel is fine, rooms well, good heating and good wifi. Pretty full breakfast, cool food. As for the staff, horrible. Javier, the receptionist, a high-handed, ZERO don of people, ZERO collaborator to help people. Maximum superbness in the way you treat your customers. ZERO recommended when he is. 100% recommended when there is the girl (which I don't remember her name) super friendly, amazing professional.

I do not recommend this hotel. The facilities are appalling and the food is very repetitive and plastic. I definitely give the experience a 0. Even if I got paid, I wouldn't come back. The windows fall, the doors have holes, the mattresses are very sunken, the sheets are dirty... Anyway, I do not recommend it at all.

The facilities were in a sorry state plus the shower temperature was not properly controlled and there was food from other guests in the fridge. I do not recommend it the only good thing is that it is close to the ski slope. My family was very disappointed.
