I am going to express our deep dissatisfaction with the stay we recently had at your hotel, as the experience was far from what was offered and what we paid at the time of booking. First of all, the room we were assigned did not match the one we had contracted and paid for. Furthermore, that room did not have heating, which was especially uncomfortable and unacceptable considering the low temperatures. Later, we were moved to two single rooms, but again we encountered the same issues: lack of heating and absence of adequate blankets and comforters. Due to this, we had to change rooms again, causing us constant inconveniences, loss of time, and great discomfort throughout the stay. On top of all this, there was a lack of hot water, something basic and essential in any hotel service. Additionally, the breakfast offered was of very low quality and did not meet expectations nor the hotel's supposed four-star rating. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and seriously affected our rest and comfort. We believe that the service provided does not correspond at all with the amount paid nor with what was promised at the time of booking.

We stayed at the hotel, upon arrival and check in we were charged automatically, when we arrived at the room. I HAD NO AIR, we were never told. From the reception they didn't solve anything, nor did fans give us. LOUSY. Attention, don't stay here.

I just got to the hotel. I had booked two rooms to stay two nights with my family. When the check-in informs me that one of the rooms has no air conditioning (Buenos Aires is a hell of a day). Ask if you could give me another one that had all the services you offer. They said no. Then ask if they made any discount for this surprising novelty that was communicated to me when I had already arrived driving from Córdoba. They told me no, the city was full and there was nowhere else. I had to be forced and reluctant. Pay as if it were the contracted hotel service because I am with my family and with no options. The old room and gives you the sunshine in front, ergo I am cooking in this room place!! Don't come to this pigsty that's expensive as a gift. On top of that the price is high for what they provide. Offenders!!
