Estando en Buenos Aires, la ley argentina exige un 21% de descuento del IVA para extranjeros con tarjeta extranjera. Este hotel, en lugar de aplicarlo, infló el precio base en un 21% y luego restó esa misma cantidad. Pagué igual que si no existiera el descuento. Intenté explicarlo en recepción y con atención al cliente: todos se negaron a reconocer la práctica, aunque en mi reserva original estaba claramente escrito. Esto no es un error, es una simulación ilegal del beneficio legal. Que otros huéspedes extranjeros lo sepan. It's curious about the place. First of all, I highlight the damp smell of the room. Everything was old, the quilts were centuries old, and a smell that turned you over. The air conditioning in the room (if you can call it air conditioning) towards the noise of an airplane. I was about to blow up. We had to bank the heat, but it's going to be done. The minibar I owe you, it was the place I had to go but it wasn't. Attention from the front desk is missing. Breakfast makes you hungry.

Hotel in poor condition, old, bed and games of very old beds, room without fridge bar, coffee shop impossible to describe of poor quality, poor dishes.. it says 4 stars but it is far from being.. a pity because the location is good.
