Efrain's care made all the difference. Attentive and very friendly, turned our stay into something more comfortable and friendly. Congratulations to the hotel for hiring someone so professional.

I had stayed in the hotel many years ago and I have now returned for a quick pass through Buenos Aires. Perfect location, in a quiet area of Palermo, but still super walking to the most busy area and with many restaurants within walking distance. Apparently, the hotel has been renovated and is super well cared for, comfortable and attractive. The rooftop area with a heated little pool adds a special charm. Attention is friendly, the breakfast a delight and the room of great size (except the bathroom, tight). Only I did not give the maximum score because the pillows are "strange", fine, could upgrade to larger. By the way, everything is excellent! Super recommend.

We stayed twice at the hotel in a span of two weeks, so we had the opportunity to compare experiences. The location is excellent, ideal for walking to various points of interest. The positives: • Breakfast has good variety of fresh fruits. • Attention at reception was very quick; every time we asked for something (for example towels), it was immediately uploaded. The negative: • The cleanliness of the room leaves to be desired. There was a lot of dust on the lamps, it looks like they haven't been cleaned in a while. • One day we were not made the room, even though we left on time (admittedly tight, but we left the room 13.30 and they were cleaned until 14). We came from another hotel where we were called to the room to inform us about the schedule. This one they didn't do and it would have been nice. • On the second stay (Monday to Wednesday), breakfast was not as good as the first (Saturday and Sunday): some things looked old, the matches were dry as if they had been reheated several times, and the coffee... very watery. Overall, the hotel has potential and good location, but they should improve the cleanliness and take more care of the quality of the breakfast on weekdays.
