A quiet, clean and we'll run apartment complex, run by delightfully charming and caring people. The property is very close to a multitude of different restaurants offering meals at different price levels. Public transport runs by the front door of the property, just be sure to have a Sube travel card on hand.

This is a cozy studio apartment in a tranquil part of the city. We stayed here for a couple nights for Lollapalooza... it's about a 15-20 walk to the Hipodromo. The administrators are friendly and helpful, but keep in mind that you need to pay cash. As of early 2016, it's still a pain to exchange so many dollars at the airport. Didn't have a problem with cleanliness. It was clean enough certainly, though it was a bit sparse when it came to things like extra pillows or shampoo. It has a bathtub that doesn't work so well, and a small dorm sized refrigerator.
