It's simple but very well located in Palermo Soho! Good price! Near good restaurants and plaza Cortazar! Good to walk and see people! I stayed with my son in a simple room with bathroom! Clean and very good people working. Good for budget traveller.

The nightwatch fell asleep one night so that we had to wait for almost an hour outside the door. Make sure the nightwatch is fit an awake during his shift. But in general the staff is very friendly and helpful with any requests or questions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was one of the worst places I ever stayed, and if we hadn't arrived so late, I would rather pay for a second night somewhere else. As soon as you go up the stairs you start to feel the smell. When they open the room door, it was stinking. Quite honestly I was disgusted of staying here. This place is old, dirty, bed sheets had blood spots, windows are in terrible shape, floor was dirty; we tried the A/C but we almost got intoxicated and switched it off immediately. I think if there were an inspection, this place would close down. The only positive is the location, which is right in the heart of Palermo Soho; breakfast was fine and yes, it is cheap, but I rather pay more or stay 10 min walk from the center, or even in a different neighborhood.. There was wifi in the lounge area.
