NH Jousten

Good experience at the hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good staff service, breakfast could be more varied but has what is necessary, the only detail is the bathroom, it was leaking water from the toilet, everything else was ok.

It is a very beautiful, modern and clean hotel with character and warm atmosphere in a very good location. The vast majority of employees were polite, willing and smiling. The breakfast was nice, the bed comfortable and there was peace!

I enjoyed my stay at the NH Collection, Jousten hotel. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff at breakfast was amazing especially Tomas, he greeted us every morning with a smile. He was charming, helpful and polite, he helped start our morning with enthusiasm. Also Matias my waiter for dinner was awesome, he was efficient, polite and his service was impeccable 👌. Overall my experience at this hotel was first class. It was centrally located and very safe, I highly recommend it. Wilma Persaud
