When you are looking for accommodation at this hotel, you must exercise caution. You have to know who to talk too. The actual hotel staff in reception on the ground floor are unhelpful but some of the security people are okay. Some of the rooms in this building are rented out privately which has nothing to do with the hotel part. I rented privately in this building and I paid $900 US for a month plus bond. I paid the bond money in foreign currency the equivalent of what they were asking for. I was one of the lucky ones to get my bond money back.

Lies and deception My friend and I contacted Rosanna to organise a stay in an apartment at the Las Naciones for 8 nights in March. We were told the rates were ARS$400 per night for a twin bed studio (total ARS$ 3200) and they will require a deposit of $3200. Upon check out we did not receive the deposit back. Rosanna told us that it was a confusion that the rates quoted were per person 3200 x 2 - total ARS$6400 when all the emails phone calls never mentioned per person rate but a room rate + deposit.
