AMERIAN PARK

The hotel is beautiful, but the details sin! The bath towels are old, covered... the bathroom in my room smelled “dry squeeze”, it seemed like it hadn’t been washed in a while! The box had a bathtub that is difficult to access for the elderly or people with mobility difficulties. The mattress of my bed was sinking, it wasn't comfortable. The air from the room was at 29° did not descend because it is central heating. We had to turn off and open a window so hot that the room stayed. Breakfast was basic, nothing exceptional. The contact with the reception was via WhatsApp and the response took a while! We stayed in it for its excellent appearance, but left nothing to be desired.

Stayed hear for a group tour. The hotel does not looked well maintained Ed and the rooms are surface cleaned only. The hallways smell like there is moisture in the air. The breakfast is subpar with liquid scrambled Luke warm eggs. The coffee is bitter with an after taste. We walked a block up to the mall where there are coffee shops located that serve real great tasting coffee. I only eat fruit and bread at breakfast. In short it’s good enough for a group that is balancing location and cost . For any other type of stay I would not recommend.
