America Studios All Suites apartments building stands conveniently in the city centre, close to Avenida 9 de Julio - central thoroughfare and to Teatro Colon. Our studio on the upper floor was equipped with all necessary amenities: electric hot plate, refrigerator, coffee-maker, air-condition. Furniture was not new but acceptable. Air-condition - noisy. A large balcony-terrace opened right over the city and provided good view and much sunlight into the room. Hotel elevator was small and creaky. Reception staff was ready to reply to all our inquiries. We booked this accommodation via internet with an agency which provided a good discount and were therefore satisfied with chosen property for a short stay in Buenos Aires. I consider this apartment hotel as a good choice for economical stay in the city centre.

A good ubication, near Subte stations lines. You most let 50 Pesos to take to you room the TVa remote control, returning at chech out. Have a frigobar and some cockies to breakfast, but nothing more. No internet neither machines at place. Not too clean the rooms and the bathroom too little, the bed...terrible. The women at check in...a brave woman. I´ll made antoher hotel´s choise for the next trip to Buenos Aires.

The location is about the only thing that this place has going for it. Really plain rooms that only offered crackers for breakfast, no computers to use the internet - and for $100 US per night. To top it off, in order to get remotes for the television or air conditioner, you need to give a 50 peso deposit. I have stayed at many places in Buenos Aires and around Argentina, and this is certainly the worst value for money that I have seen.
