Fierro Boutique Hotel

Excellent. We were expecting a good experience, but this hotel exceeded any expected. The rooms are very spacious, clean and modern, you feel at home. There is no misery in space. The bathrooms are spacious, the mirror never blur and the shower is wonderful, not to mention the complete toilet kit. Tomorrow's coffee is absurd, it starts at 07:00 and goes until 15:00, but it is different from traditional cafes, everything is prepared for you on time, everything is very fresh. When you arrive you already have two bottles of water, Nespresso capsules waiting for you, plus every day in the late afternoon they take chocolates in your room. The hotel restaurant is absurd, has a huge cellar, with excellent wines, are marketed in cups or bottles, in addition to having an experienced person indicating wines for you. The menu includes a ripe counterfeit and the best Spanish ham we've ever eaten. The score is 10. It is a 4 star flavor 6 stars. Thank you, the staff is amazing.

The hotel is very nice, with few rooms which gives a sense of tranquility. The decoration is beautiful and they pay attention to details. I was lucky enough to find chocolates left for me both nights I stayed. Additionally, their breakfast until 3 PM is a plus.

This was the absolute best hotel! Location was perfect, breakfast was amazing and served super late - great for our party!), room was large and comfortable. But mostly, the service was top notch. Every single person working there we encountered was so accommodating and pleasant. We had a very early flight and they offered to provide us a breakfast at 5 am that they brought to our room. Very much appreciated! I forgot an item in my room when we checked out and they reached out right away to let me know and to arrange a pick up. When we went to pick it up several days after our stay, we had some extra time, so they graciously allowed us to keep our luggage there and even gave us store recommendations for items we needed to purchase. 100% recommend. We loved BA and will certainly return to Fierro Hotel when we visit again!
