La Fresque Hotel

We only spent one night on a stopover between flights, so not much we could appreciate. Period architecture (elevator, pineapple board floors and sections of the walls with very old bricks on view) coexist with current elements. Unlike what is advertised, and shown in many photos, they do not serve breakfast, there is no dining room. Very friendly staff and comfortable access to the room, with key. Excellent central location, very close to cafes and restaurants or historic still lifes such as Los Immortales, El Imparcial or El Globo. We stayed in a room facing the street, where the bed is on a mezzanine level, unlike the ones facing the patio as we were informed when we were given a choice. The bathtub/shower is comfortable, spacious, with good water flow and is in a glass enclosure (very modern, totally non-private) in a corner of the "ground floor" of the room.

Comfortable rooms with essential location excellent very friendly staff. They charge the VAT which I didn't know but it's worth the place

I am 62 years old and gave myself the Great opportunity to travel to Buenos Aires Argentina, I stayed at this Hotel La Fresque, excellent service in security, quality, price and location. You don’t need so much public transport if you like to walk and enjoy the friendliness of the Argentines, I stopped by early, and in the afternoon I would go for tours and explore new places. Excellent hotel, wonderful city, beautiful experience.
