We were there on vacation in July and we were satisfied, it is a small hotel but very clean and the rooms are comfortable, the restaurant has very affordable prices. I recommend it

In this case, we did not choose the hotel but it was assigned to us by a travel agency as part of a package. The location is good if you want to be at Microcentro, at walking distance from Galerias Pacifico. But, the hotel has 4 stars at its entrance but nowhere else. The rooms are spacious but a bit outdated, the shower is very bad, very few and mediocre toiletries, the personnel is average, not nice but not rude. Breakfast is another issue: it was so bad that although it was included we ended up having breakfast at the bar at the corner. All in all, I would not recommend it but it was not a horrible experience.

Nice hotel in a good location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The lobby is nice and cozy. Friendly front desk staff are helpful and will get you a taxi or help book a tango show for you. The room was surprisingly spacious which I appreciated. The beds are comfortable. Would recommend.
