Don't be fooled by the professional photos of this hotel. The lobby has been remodeled, but the rooms are filthy. I avoided touching the carpet with my bare feet. The window didn't close properly, so it was freezing all night. The TV is from the 1900s. The whole hotel smells like cheese. It was a nightmare. I couldn't wait to get out of there!!

Our room was very basic with old (not antique) furniture. There was no air conditioner in the room, only a fan. This was fine since the temperature was ok, but it would not have been fine in a hot day. The room was not very clean (but I am picky), especially the bathroom, but everything worked. The breakfast was included and very good. This was at the hotel Iruna, which is part of the same group and is next door. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. We asked them for a good restaurant / directions and they were very kind and polite. The location was fine for Mar del Plata + we were in a tight budget. All this considered, this was a good hotel for the price, especially with breakfast included. However, they certainly need to lower their stars to 2.

I like it. Is better than Iruna that's sure! Is the same chain of Costa Galana and Iruna but is really better than Iruna even if you take your breakfast in Iruna White Salon. I had a small balcony with plants. I like it very much.
