Excellent service both at breakfast and in the dining room. The gentlemen who parked the cars were very attentive. The breakfast is exquisite and varied. Both lunch and dinner options are very tasty and well presented. I want to highlight Franco at breakfast and the genius Luciana who served us spectacularly last night!!!!

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable rooms. Excellent care from arrival in the morning hours, until my departure, with storage of my luggage to remove a few hours later. Varied offer at breakfast and again, very good service from their staff. I was left to visit in spa.

One of the receptionists when I made my disclaimer because I had been robbed in the room was unprofessional in her performance, gave me a hard time being that they have to take care of what happens, they did not know how to resolve the situation
