Sf Suites

I had booked from 14 to 17 November and paid a 30% sign that the manager confirmed to me by message. On the day of my trip, I was advised that for an overbooking on an external platform they could only stay the first night, although they assured me that they would get me a place in other hotels in the chain. That confirmation never came, and just minutes before my flight I was informed that there was no availability for the remaining days. I still traveled to use the only night available. The next day, the manager began writing to me and calling me to checkout earlier than agreed, even in a bad tone and contradicting schedules that he had previously confirmed by whatsapp audios. Lack of organization, contradictions and inappropriate treatment made the experience very negative. I would not recommend this property.

I had the studio on the 10th floor it has an excellent patio with very good view. The kitchen has plates cups etc. great location about 20 minutes to Florida street and restaurants.The staff especially Federico we super helpful provided restaurant and other vital information. They set up cab rides and they made sure the call to verify pickup by transport drivers. Bibles was excellent right next door great breakfast very reasonable.

The SF Suites are in central BA, fairly close to the Colon theatre. Although on a busy street, my suite was quiet. I had a large bedroom, large lounge with two settees which could make extra beds, bathroom, another toilet and a well equipped kitchen. This was good value for one, and would have been a bargain for four. The front desk staff were very helpful. There's no food at the apartments, but there's a good breakfast cafe on the nearest corner, and an excellent pizza place, El Cuartito, nearby. The only problem was rather erratic free Wifi.
