Beautiful hotel! Super warm attention from all employees, excellent cleaning service, super complete restaurant and offer free menu at night. Super full buffet breakfast too. The best part is the pool, the water at the exact temperature. Very nice holiday!

Hotel carmen, warm place, good service, very friendly! The large rooms, the comfortable beds, with air conditioning, the cleanliness a 10 both the room and the whole hotel. Outdoor bar, super large pool and very nice. The decor, its night lights all for pleasant days. Economic. Restaurant with free fork or menu to choose your menu. Playground for children and adults... I was there for 4 days and had a horrible experience. When I entered the hotel on the garden side, which has no security or good lighting, I was violently assaulted and kicked on the floor by an individual who snatched all my documents and cell phone, who was hidden among the plants. It was around 6:30 p.m. The hotel staff accompanied me to the police station to file a complaint. My documents appeared but not my cell phone. They did not take charge of replacing at least my cell phone due to the lack of protection and security at the place and because of my age (75). I lived more in the police station and without being able to use my cards or money since I had to block everything. This happens because, being on the outskirts, one must travel by rental car or by bus, which stops at the entrance. It's not possible to walk around the area unless it's during the day and in a group. I was left without communication and money, and now I have to replace all my cards. I couldn't enjoy anything and was limited to the little cash I had in a pocket of my jacket. I couldn't buy any souvenirs. It's very dangerous because there's so much poverty around. The guy was drugged. I never saw the security they claimed to have, even though I took care to observe everything very carefully. The police sent me photos of other wallets and documents they found, so IT WASN'T AN ISOLATED CASE.
