Hello I stayed with my children from December 15 to 20, 2024... in ppio t lie on the platforms figure exhausted and you go and there is no one in the hotel a total sadness. It has no maintenance. El.day q we got the only thing q i can rescue q m they gave the room before xq i got there very early and m provided breakfast that was horrible old and all hard. (for me not going people it Freezan and t they serve it again) when i go to the room had no wifii and the TV was broken..m they change to another room in that the TV was and had WiFi but i had the toilet continuously losing water and the lid of the. same broken and the window of the bathroom could not close and there is a place where you hang clothes that had the broken mosquito net x ende i could never open that balcony door because i could get any little bug xq you are in the jungle. The bathroom door always had to be closed either s could open the window xq had no mosquito net.. I mean, the room I never got to vent and it had a tremendous damp smell. They told me they were going to fix things on Monday....that day I arrived and it was all the same I write to the manager and I said t we will move back to the other room first as I fix the TV I said yes but it does not have WiFi and with 2 children it becomes difficult not to have. Then they told me that the maintenance said q had to remove the toilet..l said well leave it at that but fix the other..the answer was that the man had to fix other rooms..I told him but first they have to fix the only one q is occupied q was us..never in the whole stay they solved it and that q had the.hotel empty...only one day it was a contingent that was xa for another hotel that was nearby but they passed them..but there was no one literal...so q for something must be. The.ultimo.dia didn't even have toilet paper. The day before I left I asked to talk to the owners they told me that the next day at 9.a.m they were going to be waiting to talk..more this say that they never approached to talk to me and charged me everything.. they didn't even have an attention. The truth was not a nice experience. All I rescue is the attention of the staff.
