Our experience with the rooms was excellent, the rooms are great, has the family room option, breakfast serves super well, simple but well complete. Our point of dissatisfaction was the lack of respect, empathy and cordiality on the part of various employees of the restaurant. From the first minute we entered we had difficulty for the care. We are in two families we total 8 people something very trivial on a trip and when we arrived we noticed an intense lack of willingness to put together two tables so we can stay together. After we sat at a table of 5 seats, but accommodated with 4 children we had a lot of difficulty to be taken care of, this time I asked to speak for the second time with the manager who did not show the slightest desire to change the course of our care. To finish with gold key Our table was served with a tremendous discount. We had to call, rather than attract the attention of the waiters, I had to get up and talk to the manager to get the first care. Shortly after the first visit, our meal was served on a dessert plate. When we finished our meal, my husband ordered a Coke, and the waiter asked him to open the bottle with a knife. My husband does not know how to open a bottle with a knife, so he complained and, at the moment he complained, the waiter even said that he did not understand why he was angry because the knife was linen. Anyway, the horror show is not worth continuing! I recommend the hotel for the super location but avoid the restaurant

Our experience in this hotel was well below expectation, mainly because of the structural problems we faced during the stay. Right in the first apartment, we had to request the exchange due to a leak caused by the rain, which caused a constant dropleting throughout the night. The noise was incessant and made it impossible to rest properly. After the room change, unfortunately the situation was even worse. The second apartment (303) had a significant leak in the bathroom box. Much of the bath water flows out, flooding virtually the entire bathroom, including the toilet area. Taking a bath in these conditions was extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient. It is difficult to believe that a problem of this proportion has gone unnoticed by previous guests or by the staff responsible for the preparation of the apartment, since it manifests itself clearly with each use of the shower. We recognize the cordiality of the staff and the effort of the staff in serving us. However, we had the impression that, due to the high season, we were relocated to an apartment that had not been properly checked. Having to change room twice for structural problems significantly compromised our stay and does not meet the quality standard expected from a hotel of this category. We expect the administration to use this report to review its maintenance and inspection processes to prevent other guests from going through the same situation.

Excellent hotel. A bit expensive, but worth what you pay. Very well-preserved room, with king size + single bed, new furniture and facing the lake, with heated floor and heating (does all the difference when you turn from the street at -12°C). Breakfast very good, and has 1 restaurant and 1 bar with very good meals. We do not use common areas. The location is one of the best for travellers, since most attractions are west of the city, and this hotel is on the exit street for the tours. You board last in the transfers, and at the turn you are the first to land.
