Alt Interlaken Hotel

I stayed at the hotel from 28/06/26 to 03/07/2026. When we arrived the room fedia so that my daughter talked q seemed q had a dead mouse. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Rude employees, bad breakfast has few options and repeated every day the same things. There is no parking, so if you rent a car. In summary I chose the hotel to stay more central due to being with little child and regretted bitterly. Bad hygiene, bag of bread on the floor and spoon served on dirty breakfast.

Good afternoon, the reason for my email is to claim the stay of my daughter's study trip by the company Maxdream, Colegio Lasalle de Córdoba. The room had no light pro 2 days. And the last two days the toilet was flushed. They had to change, go to the bathroom etc... in other rooms, despite countless claims. A disaster, attention to solving problems. WIFI is bad.

Everything was excellent, the service of "10"; the breakfast super complete and for each liked. The amazing dinner!!!!!!! rich, abundant and varied dishes. The lake view room a dream, would come back again and again.E
