It's my fifth stay in two years at this hotel. I think that is what I express my absolute happiness with staying in Basia. I like everything: the attention, amazing views, the details in the rooms like having ice cream, tray with electric jug, cups and teas always available; the quality of mattresses, sheets and towels, the delicious breakfasts, the heated pool with the window to the mountains, the proximity of the center and at the same time the remoteness of the movement of the city... and so I could continue to list why I re-choose it for all the times I return to Bariloche. Besides... the excellence of artists who wear for their unique electronic parties has no competition in the entire region.

Too bad to see that the quality of the service has dropped so much, before it wasn't, we kept going pq we always liked it but we definitely won't go anymore. The staff that attends to you with kindness, but leave you waiting without attention for a long time, on several occasions. Dinner: the sushi is very rich, but you really want it after waiting 1:10hs for them to bring it (we came in low season, we were only 4 tables). Breakfast, what happened to them? It wasn't definitely like that. They offer a basic breakfast. There are no gluten-free options. Last thing we had previously noticed in other stays, if you come by car is uncomfortable access as it is very steep, if you get on and off a car at the same time is very uncomfortable and also makes the concierge uncomfortable at the entrance (in winter the climb with even more complex ice , we have been told by the staff that they leave the car outside the hotel for this inconvenience) I read a lot of opinions, all of which are similar. Hopefully you read them and they can improve. And if they can't improve it I think we have to accept it and lower stars and prices ---
