Isla Victoria Lodge

We have lived a unique experience with my wife Cecilia during the two nights at the Inn. We want to thank Rocío, Juli, Gaspar, and Mateo for their dedication and availability at all times, who demonstrated great professionalism as a team, each in their role. A special thanks also to the chef for his great wisdom in offering first-level gluten-free alternatives. It is definitely worth repeating.

Our experience at this hotel was more than excellent. Absolutely second to none, the best vacation of my life. Not only is the place a paradise, the attention the staff provides I never saw anywhere in the world. The warmth, everything personalized. It's a very special place I'm sure I'm gonna want to go back to. The Hotel is quite small, which gives you that possibility to be exclusive and personalized. The food is from another planet. Just excellent all fresh and gourmet. The guided tours of the island by Gaspar were the most fun and adventurous both the bike rides and the outings to the sizes and standard Padel on the lake. They made sure our stay was excellent, giving us unexpected pampering. They lent us Neopren suits for the lake. We were served picnic type snack on the beach....all from 10!!!

Third time we go and we are surprised by the service, friendliness and quality of everything!! Excellent service from Rocio, Juliet and Lily. High level of Baptist and pastry dishes of Fernando. Great guides Sky and Mark, who is the person you know most about Victoria Island!! Very grateful!!!!
