Soft Bariloche

Current guest — Check-in on 29/06/2026. Location of the hotel: great. Unfortunately, that is the only positive point I can highlight so far. I made a reservation for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) and upon arrival, I was informed that there was no room available with this configuration. The solution offered was to allocate the family in a room for 3 people with an extra bed — which resulted in an extremely tight, dark and uncomfortable space, with no conditions suitable for children, and still with the bags disputing the little space available. Moreover, the photos published by the hotel do not reflect the reality: the room we are staying in features old and worn furniture, insufficient lighting, and the bathroom has a lack of maintenance appearance — including the floor, which was painted instead of refurbished. Not recommended for families looking for what was announced. I hope the hotel reviews both its booking policy and the visual communication used to attract guests.

We loved our stay on the 8th floor overlooking the lake. What splendid views! The suite was very well set up with a bedroom and deck for fresh air and views, to a TV with CNN in both English and Spanish (and other channels too). The bedroom was seated from a day bed and sink, microwave and mini fridge by a 2 panel wall. Also included a clean bathroom with a tub, toilet, sink, hooks and cleaning toilet thingie +name escapes me). Staff that we interacted with were awesome. Mr EO spoke English and Spanish. He was very courteous and helpful. Ramena cleaned rooms very well and was very pleasant to speak with in Spanish, as was Guadeloupe who patiently helped us make the reservation and answered our questions. We know the hotel offers a breakfast but we did not try it. There are a number of eating places nearby. The hotel also had one of the nicer lobbies in Bariloche. Recommend bringing ear plugs for Friday night street noise. All in all, a very enjoyable and very reasonably priced stay. Hot water dispenser in lobby was also much appreciated, as was bottle opener and cutlery and cups and plates in suite. This hotel is well managed and well taken care of in our opinion. We highly recommend it.

Bad experience. After the news of the death of the father of one of the travellers, we had to leave 4 days earlier. El hotel no ofreció ningún reembolso, solo un voucher to return — something impensable in esa situación. Zero sensitivity. Including CVC could not help us because the hotel refused to return any amount. A total lack of humanity. Bad experience.
