Hotel very well located and comfortable, was perfect to welcome us on these cold days. Beautiful view from the room and great breakfast! We love it!

The experience was very good overall! The staff's attention is truly excellent, with the best disposition. I want to highlight Rodrigo from reception, who helped us and resolved some issues that arose. We encountered that the safe was not working well, nor was the TV remote, and he was available to resolve everything. It is evident that this is a hotel that has been around for some time, but it is very well maintained. Just a block and a half from the civic center, an unbeatable location. Breakfast included sweet items, toast, fruits, cereals, coffee, water, and juice. Even scrambled eggs and sausages, very complete. In the room, everything was in perfect condition, the bathroom water was always hot, especially during these cold times. Honestly, I recommend it; I would stay here again.

All the services offered by the hotel are very good. Very friendly staff, attentive to details, and meticulous in cleaning. The buffet breakfast is offered in a room with a beautiful view. They were flexible with the check-out and also with the parking.
