Very beautiful place and excellent service

Very comfortable, very good service, super comfortable rooms, excellent food

My stay was excellent and undoubtedly deserves a rating of 10. The view from the hotel is spectacular, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the bathroom was excellent, and the heating worked perfectly throughout the stay. I also want to highlight the kindness and attention of all the staff, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, I loved meeting the dog that is usually at the entrance of the hotel. It is clear that he is a very beloved pet by the team and became one of the most special memories of my trip. As a single suggestion, perhaps consideration could be given to some specially protected outdoor shelter for the colder winter days and nights. Thank you very much for the hospitality. I hope to return someday to El Calafate and to the Design Suites.
