At the reception, it depends on who attends; it is either very good or just good. The cleanliness improved, and the rooms are very comfortable. The best part, and the reason we always return, is the excellent and warm attention from Cintia at breakfast. She is very attentive to everything happening in the dining room; you do not need to ask her for anything because she has already anticipated it. The location is very good, it has a gym and parking.

The hotel has an unbeatable location, close to the main points of interest in the city, just 2 blocks from Oroño Boulevard and the gastronomic area of Pichincha, allowing easy access on foot to most points of interest. It is a modern and comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with impeccable cleanliness, although somewhat noisy as sounds from other rooms and traffic on Salta Street can be heard. The breakfast service is very good, complete, and varied with multiple options. They also have ample parking space and very good quality Wi-Fi service.
