Only because of the person on reception tonight and who was responsible for taking our money for the restaurant bill , rude and disrespectful and totally unsuitable for the position she was hired for , her classy act of running out of the motel demanding our room number after our room , meal and drinks paid for , really made our stay unforgettable , never coming back despite the great food and service from our French waiter tonight , I feel sorry for the owners of this business

A quick stop overnight in Ballina, this lovely hotel accommodated us at short notice. Lovely staff and neat and tidy room. Very cute towel animals on the bed to greet us too. Easy to find and reasonably priced.

Loved it we will be back. Friendly place. As I mentioned in my original review it has a lot including nice touches. Very clean but did not have that hyper strong bleach’s smell some places do. Big tick for simplicity and affordability
