Stayed for 5 nights while visiting family. All reception staff were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were also great with daily servicing of the room and amenities. One of the lovely reception ladies was so helpful in showing us the laundry room and where we could get extra cutlery and plates plus the use of a microwave if needed. They do provide a breakfast but we didn’t use this option. We would definitely choose to stay here again as the location is perfect.

I often stay while in business in Cessnock, I find the Wine Country Motor Inn offers consistent standards in all areas of accommodation. Staff are very friendly and offer a family vibe to all that stay, Accommodation standard is very high I have recently begun using the EV charging stations which are well priced and simple to use.

Room was spacious clean and furnished to a high standard. Reception staff were very helpful. There is a requirement to provide a credit card by way of security on arrival and they do not accept cards swiped from a phone. This seems very primitive and difficult for those of us who rely on our phones. Anyone who is used to a good feather pillow would be challenged by the 4 bouncy ones provided.
