Stayed here travelling from Brisbane to Newcastle to break it up, location is good - close enough to walk to beach/food/shops etc. Staff at reception helpful and friendly. Rooms are large, dated but clean for the most part, bathroom was very dark. Window coverings in bedrooms are lacking had more light coming in from outside than what was generated from internal lighting. Shower head was nostalgic of primary school camps, wet areas very heavily calcified. The advertised WiFi did not exist and reception here is dicey (with Telstra)
