Hi :) next time I would consider calling or texting to let people know that they can’t stay the time that they intended to book for due to renovations. just as a courtesy ya know. emails are very easy to miss amongst all of the junk! I didn’t see the booking modification email (not even a cancellation email, just a “you’re booking has been changed”) until the night before I was supposed to leave and if I didn’t luckily see the the email then that would’ve left me on the streets. Further, I had to pay more money for last minute accommodation as everything was quite booked out. quite inconvenient!✌️ and then when I contacted you asking about what’s happened, there was no sympathy or apologies just a “you need to cancel to receive a full refund”. reputable host accommodation would probably do better. guess you’re not quite reputable but that’s okay. i’ve seen your reviews- they’re not great :( just some feedback. take it or leave it. be a nice person or don’t. 😊 doesn’t bother me but it might help you and your business out in the future!

Stayed here for two nights while visiting our daughter who is travelling, this was not a pleasant experience and we had one of the better rooms with a bathroom. It's definitely a backpackers place and certainly not my idea of heaven and one I won't be repeating

I was in this place for a few weeks and it was terrible. I had bedbugs in my bed for two weeks and the owners Robbie and Otto (very unpolite and rude) didn´t change my room. It is very comun in this place. ALSO, the kitchen and the bathrooms have horrible smell. If you have a postal package that someone has sent to you they dissapear and there is a lot of noise and the owners wake up you knocking on your door very early sometimes. It is an expensive price for the bad conditions of this place. Please if you want to have a nice stay in Australia go to another place I HOPE THAT MY REVIEW HELPS YOU AT THE TIME OF CHOOSING. IT IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN You can look for a place in airbnb.com i recommend it to you!! cheaper price and better conditions
