Easy to find and no allocated parking so guests can come and park in your spot outside your door and you have to park elsewhere in the complex Pool doesn't look like photos. Dingy and dead grass around it Room 103 bathroom door handle doesn't work, it's sticks and won't turn had a lot of trouble trying to get it open. Had to turn handle completely upwards to keep lock part in so door wouldn't shut and I could get in and out ,so I left it open Room handle wouldn't work. handle was swinging freely pointing downwards.had to get owners to let me in .put card in door to open and turn handle upwards to fix ,room card also didn't work and had to be replaced Could smell people smoking near my room at night. Take the seats away outside front doors and put them over near the grass area at front entrance also Ash trays outside the rooms should be 3 metres not 3 steps. Safety issue of awning ,cars have to drive under to get to far rooms.its covered with warning tape like it's about to fall down. Rooms were nice clean and comfy bed. Very noisy when ignorant people came in late ,you can hear every noise.

Lovely room. Great shower and bathroom. Bedding and towels changed everyday. Very clean. Management was amazingly caring and very helpful. Definitely go back here ))))). Lots of room for parking. Restaurants very close by.

We have just stayed at the Homestead Motel for four nights on a tourist visit. Quiet, good sized room with a couch, comfortable bed, and individual lighting above the bed for reading. With the curtains open our room was not overlooked, but had an outlook to greenery out the back.. Kitchette facilities in the room included microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and a sink. All this at a very reasonable price.
