Room clean, bed comfortable, easy check in. However we found our room was located immediately adjacent to a fenced building site, and it became apparent at 7.30 am the next morning, when the jackhammer drilling started, that the site was active. The planned work was not disclosed when we booked by phone the previous day, nor is it mentioned on website. Discussed with manager on check out and I was informed that the noise commencement time was legal and I should have raised my objection to it the day before when we checked in (when there was no noise). “Peaceful amenity” is not a thing here.

I am a delighted and very satisfied guest after staying with Posthouse Motel in Goulburn. My 2 day stay more than satisfied my needs on all levels including room style, food needs, service and the way I was treated through out my stay. I will not hesitate to seek accomodation again in the near future. Grateful thanks. Anne Child
