Do not stay here - The rooms look nothing like the pictures - they are old and daggy and smell. There are no windows in the room - fridge mouldy and rusted looks like it was picked up from the tip. Bed was so hard felt like sleeping on concrete. Air conditioning did not work and no extra blankets like any other motel. Carpet was absolutely filthy stained and dirty. Found out by accident one key fits all doors. - Accidently went to room next door and the key worked perfectly. Tiny TV and no noise insulation. Staff very unhelpful. very limited parking expect to park down the road. There are definately better places to stay in Lismore. This feels more like a crack house than a motel

Room was poorly insulated sound and temperature wise and musty. Staff were friendly however and responded to issues where they could. Motel seems to have a lot of long term residents rather than short term guests. The above review was posted word for word through Expedia as well and I received the following rather unprofessional response from the person identifying themselves as the Motel Manager: “ Aren't you just a nasty piece of work. As expected you blocked any response from us. Thank you for your poor review, we can see from your attitude that there is zero joy in your life and there are most likely reasons for this. FYI. out of 40 rooms there is only one guest that has been here for more than one week. Wherever you go a dark cloud follows you, perhaps in future you should just stay at home and not burden others with your poor attitude and ugly dissposition. The only positive we can see from this is that we will never have to see you again. We really can't say it was a pleasure meeting you.” Make of the above what you wish.
