Right above the beach. Cabin was lovely. Staff were very friendly. No complaints

The park was very lovely to stay at despite the fact that neither my partner or myself were able to get the water temperature hot enough to have a decent shower. Could not fault the service at reception. The lady was more than helpful and our site was very green and very convenient to where we were located, which is what we had requested. Again couldn't fault service. Wifi reception was excellent with little or no buffeting.

I arrived at the venue at approx. 8.15 p.m. feeling rather tired. I used the code that Reflections advised me via email to successfully open the key safe and obtain my envelope. I opened the envelope to find the cabin key and access instructions. I keyed the Boom Gate Code 825454#, as advised on the instruction sheet, five times. The boom gate didn't respond. I called their after hours number 0499 824 865. I received a voice message service. I left a message to call me as I couldn't gain access to the property. I didn't receive a call back. Eventually, and very fortunately, another guest drove in behind me. He kindly used his code and the boom gate lifted. I called their after hours number again as I wanted to pop out to get some dinner. I got a voice message service again. I left another voice message to call me. I didn't receive a call back. I didn't want to leave the property to get dinner as I feared I wouldn't be able to re-enter with the Boom Gate Code that didn't work, so I went to bed without having eaten. Not a very good night's sleep. I still haven't received a call back. I do understand that whoever has their after hours mobile device needs to sleep. So do I. A very annoying, frustrating and disappointing experience.
