Best Western Madison Motor Inn

Booked a Queen room and on arrival we found out we were upgraded to a King Spa - absolutely fantastic. Greetings up arrival was lovely and the receptionist was very helpful. We had room service for dinner and the lady delivering the food was lovely. We also had room service for our breakfast and same again. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and tidy, spa bath was excellent, Atmosphere was quite and pleasant. Location of the Motel is very convenient for egress to where we needed to go. The motel was quiet and not an issue. Overall we felt the stay was good value. The food was excellent and we have no complaints. We would stay there again.

Check in was fine, easy access to room with free parking out the front. Room was small but seemed ok. On a closer look the carpets and curtains were filthy. It was only one night so we didn’t say anything. When we got back to the room at 10pm we were kept awake by kids running up and down the hall stomping and laughing. We had to go out and say something to them. I know this isn’t directly the hotels fault but maybe have someone there later at night to control this. Pillows were very uncomfortable but the shower had amazing pressure which was nice.

Stayed here for a few nights in a queen room. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. You have your own little balcony. Main part of the room was newly renovated but the bathroom was a little bit 1970s style. Staff were friendly.
