COUNTRY COMFORT

We chose the Comfort Resort Waters Edge to break up a journey from the Central Coast to the Northern Rivers. It was ideal, very comfortable and we had an excellent meal that evening in the restaurant. It also had Exploren charging stations, crucial for us with an electric car and a journey totaling around 700ks, well out of the range of our car.

Great experience from check-in to check out. Reuben was modern, fresh, clean and tidy. Comfortable king bed, great bathroom with impressive shower pressure, small fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities. TV was small for the room size - but it’s not terrible. You could hear road noise, but wasn’t disruptive. There is no restaurant, bar or food service available on Sunday’s (which is when we stayed), however the restaurant bathrooms were quite dated. There is no life to access to the top floor - only stairs. Keep this in mind when choosing rooms.

Disappointing- lacklustre and no character, poorly furnished, needing upgrade, noisy and woman on front desk very dismissive.
