Close to Chinatown, the markets and train station. The room was ok, a bit on small side. Concierge were all helpful. Bar was great. Restaurant staff a bit slack but food was nice. SPhower over a small bath, a personal hate of mine and a big roof water spout, which is not helpful when conditioning your hair. Must be designed by a man! But it wasn't bad.

This is a good solid hotel in a great location. Right next door to a major bus stop, 5 minute walk from Central train station, and across the street from lots of fast food options. Hatch Espresso, which is just outside the east side door, is a great place for a quick, tasty, cheap breakfast. The bed was comfortable, towels fluffy, bathroom was a bit dated but not unpleasantly so. Every day that you forgo a room make up during your stay earns points into their loyalty program. There is only one small check in desk now and many self-service check in kiosks, but there are still plenty of staff around to assist. Underground parking is $50/day.

Our stay was wonderful. We got to the hotel by 10:30am. Our room wasn’t ready. And the front desk agent, Ms. Trang, was so pleasant, professional, and cordial. We left our bags at the concierge desk and Maxim made our day by his friendly and professional attitude. He checked our bags and we left the hotel to eat something. When we came back Maxim, remember my name, he should be working at Four Seasons, and let us know that our bags were already at our room. The room was very good. Only the pressure of the shower was not good. the gym needs some improvement and the pool water should be a little warmer. The location of the hotel was great. We could walk to chinatown for lunch. There were lots of options. The light rail and subway was close. We could walk to Queen Victoria Building. The walk to circular Quay was far , about 40 minutes.
